D4 Season 15 PTR 3.2.0: Returning Classic Uniques & Stats

Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.0 is live on the Public Test Realm, bringing pre-access to all content scheduled for Season 15. One major highlight of this update is the comeback of fan-loved unique items pulled from past Diablo titles. These legacy pieces originate from Diablo 1, Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 3, rebalanced with regular and Mythic 3.0 stats for Diablo 4 end-game builds.

Nine classic unique items have been officially confirmed for Season 15. Eight of them are playable on the PTR right now. Messerschmidt's Reaver will receive its unique power when the live season goes online.

Arioc's Needle

Arioc's Needle first appeared in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. For years this polearm was rarely used, until the Reign of the Warlock DLC breathed new life into this forgotten weapon. Its old version featured high Deadly Strike chance, skill bonuses and solid attack speed. Now it introduces the brand-new Deadly Strike mechanic to Diablo 4.

Deadly Strike gives you a chance to deal double damage. This effect works not just for direct attacks, but also damage-over-time effects. At the time of PTR testing, Arioc's Needle is the only gear source of Deadly Strike in Diablo 4.

This weapon performs best for DoT-focused builds. Rend Barbarian and Evade Counterswarm Spiritborn both gain huge benefits. Many playtesters point out that it can compete directly with Shattered Vow in certain end-game setups.

Henri's Perquisition

• Unique Power (Regular)​: You gain Primary Stat equal to [x] (85-115)% of your Dexterity​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: [x] (110-150)% of Your Dexterity​
• Eligible Class​: Necromancer, Sorcerer, Warlock

Henri's Perquisition is a returning Focus from Diablo 3. On paper its stat conversion sounds attractive, yet it remains a niche piece under current PTR balance rules. It converts a percentage of your Dexterity into your character's main primary stat.

There is an obvious mismatch for its usable classes. Necromancer and Sorcerer scale with Intelligence, while Warlock relies on Willpower. None of these specs normally stack high Dexterity. Even a perfect maximum-roll Henri's Perquisition may not deliver meaningful damage improvement.

It still could become useful with future seasonal updates or balance patches. For now, treat it as experimental gear rather than core meta equipment.

In-Geom

• Unique Power (Regular)​: Defeating an Elite Pack reduces your skills cooldowns by [8-10] seconds for 15 seconds​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: Reduce skill cooldowns by (10-13) seconds for 15 seconds​
• Eligible Class​: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Rogue, Warlock

Before Patch 3.2.0, many players doubted In-Geom would ever return. El'Druin, Sword of Justice shared nearly identical cooldown-reduction effect after killing elites. To keep In-Geom's original identity, Blizzard completely reworked El'Druin's unique power. Its new effect triggers smite damage against enemies below 35% health.

With duplicate functionality removed, In-Geom stands as one of the strongest sources of burst cooldown reduction. It fits perfectly for builds heavily dependent on ability cooldowns. Rain of Arrows Rogue and Death Trap Rogue are two great examples. After clearing elite packs, you can spam high-impact skills repeatedly in combat.

Leoric's Crown

• Unique Power (Regular)​: This item counts as Jewelry, and increases the effect of any gem socketed into the helm by [x] (75-100)%​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: [x] (98-130)% increased effect of socketed gems​
• Eligible Class​: All Classes

Leoric's Crown originates from the very first Diablo title and later became popular in Diablo 3. Its well-known gem-amplifying effect carries over to Diablo 4, plus one key bonus. This helmet also counts as Jewelry, so you can slot Horadric Gems here to fix resistance gaps for your build.

Every class can equip this helmet. It focuses on defensive flexibility instead of raw damage output. Your actual survivability gain depends heavily on which gem you socket. It is excellent for tuning your resistances when pushing high-Torment difficulty content.

Nemesis Bracers

• Unique Power (Regular)​: Shrines Will Spawn an Elite Pack​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: Same as the regular variant​

Nemesis Bracers is one of the most famous farming-oriented gloves from Diablo 3. Its core shrine mechanic is preserved for Diablo 4. The D4 version adds a short 4-second movement speed buff whenever you defeat an elite monster.

It comes with a clear trade-off for permanent wear. The glove slot offers massive damage boosts from legendary aspects. Keeping Nemesis Bracers equipped full-time usually means giving up significant offensive power.

It still shines for loot farming, especially inside Helltide zones full of shrines and dense monsters. Most testers recommend keeping these gloves inside inventory. Swap them on only when you interact with shrines to spawn bonus elites, then switch back to your main damage gloves immediately.

Squirt's Blouse

• Unique Power (Regular)​: While not taking damage, you take up to 50% increased incoming damage and deal up to (30-50)% more damage. This bonus is reset upon losing life​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: While not taking damage, you take up to 50% increased incoming damage and deal up to (39-65)% more damage​
• Eligible Class​: All Classes

Squirt's Blouse adapts Squirt's Necklace from Diablo 3 into body armor. Developers moved the effect to chest slot because amulet slots in Diablo 4 are critical for fixing many build weaknesses.

This armor grants large damage multipliers, paired with severe risk. As long as you take zero hits, you gain up to 50% extra damage, but you also receive 50% increased incoming damage. Any health loss completely wipes your damage buff. You have to avoid damage all over again to re-activate the bonus.

Ranged builds get the most value from this chest piece. Melee characters struggle to stay completely unharmed in close-range combat. Equipping Squirt's Blouse turns your character into a glass cannon: extremely high damage at the cost of lowered survival.

Stone of Jordan

• Unique Power (Regular)​: Your Resistances are each equal to your highest, and you deal [x] (15-25)% more damage of that Element​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: Your Resistances are each equal to your highest, and you deal [x] (20-33)% more damage of that matching Element​

Stone of Jordan ranks among the most iconic rings across Diablo franchise history. It dominated Diablo 2 end-game, while its Diablo 3 iteration was far less popular. Back in Diablo 4, it brings both defensive and offensive value.

Defensively, all your elemental resistances match your single highest resistance value. For instance, stacking high fire resistance automatically lifts cold, lightning, poison and magic resistances to that same number. Offensively, you gain extra damage for that matching element type.

It works great for nearly all elemental builds. A Firewall Sorcerer can max fire resistance and equip this ring for full resistance coverage plus boosted fire damage. If you do not need two perfect ancestral legendary rings, reserve one ring slot for Stone of Jordan.

Refining Stone of Jordan's affixes and tempering ideal rolls can consume tens of millions of gold in seconds. If you want to skip the endless gold farm, you can quickly top up Diablo 4 Gold to secure your build setup.

The Furnace

• Unique Power (Regular)​: You deal [x] (150-200)% more damage to Elites​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: You deal [x] (195-260)% more damage to Elites​

The Furnace was widely used in Diablo 3 for its huge elite-damage bonus, and that core function stays unchanged in Diablo 4. It delivers large percentage damage increases specifically against elite monster packs.

You may not use this two-handed hammer as your main weapon. A very valuable option is converting The Furnace into a unique charm. Every build in your collection can benefit from elite-slaying bonus without sacrificing your main weapon slot. The Mythic charm variant performs extremely well for Torment XII and high-level Challenge Dungeons.

All returning legacy uniques support the Mythics 3.0 system. Every item can drop as regular unique gear or stronger Mythic-tier variants.

Messerschmidt's Reaver

• Unique Power (Regular)​: Available in PTR, but has no unique power yet​
• Unique Power (Mythic)​: Will be introduced in Season 15​
• Eligible Class​: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, Warlock

Messerschmidt's Reaver completes the list of returning legacy gear. This two-handed axe exists within current PTR files, but its final unique affix has not been implemented. Both regular and Mythic powers will go live when Season 15 officially releases.
