D2R S16 Eternity Trading Guide: Runes, Bow Bases & Market Opportunities

Diablo II: Resurrected Ladder Season 16 launches on November 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PST. Eternity is now a serious Bowazon option, Atlantean drops to level 35, Isenhart gets a full rework, and 10 previously ladder-only items are coming to non-ladder. Here's exactly what to stock or source if you want to be ahead of the demand.

The Eternity, Atlantean, and Isenhart updates below apply to Reign of the Warlock Online Ladder and Offline modes. Classic and standard LoD are unaffected. The ten previously Ladder-only items listed later are also becoming available in Reign of the Warlock Online Non-Ladder.

Eternity Runeword

Eternity is now usable on 5-socket missile weapons and has received major damage and utility upgrades, making it a top target for physical Bowazons.

Updated stats:

• Craftable in 5-socket melee and missile weapons
• +30% Increased Attack Speed
• +300–390% Enhanced Damage
• +3–297 Maximum Damage (based on character level)
• +5 to Revive (oSkill)

Runes required (exact order): Amn + Ber + Ist + Sol + Sur

Ber and Sur are the key high runes. Demand for both will be strong from players building Eternity early. Stock clean Ber and Sur, plus the cheaper Amn / Ist / Sol fillers.

Best Bow Bases to Stock for Eternity

Not all Amazon bows are equally valuable as Eternity bases. Since the runeword requires exactly 5 sockets, traders should prioritize five-socket Amazon bows with useful skill bonuses and Superior damage modifiers.

• Superior Grand Matron Bow: Offers higher base weapon damage, making it an attractive option for physical Bowazon builds. Look for +3 Bow & Crossbow Skills and up to 15% Enhanced Damage.
• Superior Matriarchal Bow: Has a faster base attack speed than a Grand Matron Bow, making it worth considering for builds targeting specific IAS breakpoints. A +3 skill bonus and Superior ED make it a desirable combination.
• Other 5-Socket Amazon Bows: Can serve as alternative Eternity bases, but prioritize elite bases with useful skill bonuses and damage rolls.

What makes a base worth more? A 5-socket Amazon bow with +3 Bow & Crossbow Skills and 15% Enhanced Damage is a premium combination. Five-socket bases with +3 skills but no Superior ED are also worth stocking. Don't focus on ED alone: the base's attack speed, weapon damage, and skill bonuses all affect its value to different Bowazon builds.

Bows cannot roll ethereal in D2R, so prioritize high-quality non-ethereal bases.

The Atlantean

The Atlantean has been buffed and its required level dropped from 42 to 35:

• Enhanced Damage increased to +250–300%
• +2–5 to Zeal (Paladin only)
• +100–125 Attack Rating
• Requirements -20%
• Required Level 35

This makes it a practical early-to-mid ladder weapon for Zealots and other melee characters. Expect steady sales on good rolls once the season begins.

Isenhart’s Armory Set

Isenhart’s Armory receives several set and item bonus updates:

• Full set: +30% Faster Run/Walk + +25% Faster Hit Recovery
• Lightbrand: +40% IAS + level-based Attack Rating + 3-piece Maximum Damage bonus
• Parry: Adds 2-piece set bonuses of +15% Cold Resist and +15% Fire Resist.
• Case: +25% Magic Resistance
• Horns: 5% Life Stolen Per Hit

Full or near-full sets will see demand from players leveling melee characters through Normal and Nightmare.

Items Now Available in Online Non-Ladder

These previously ladder-only items are now available in online non-ladder (Reign of the Warlock only):

• Angelic Raiment
• Bane Ash
• Blinkbat’s Form
• Bloodletter
• Gravenspine
• Manald Heal
• Pluckeye
• Rogue’s Bow
• The Battlebranch
• The Ward

This creates additional supply and trading opportunities on non-ladder for players who prefer that mode.

What to Prioritize at MMOSO

1. Eternity materials: Ber and Sur runes, plus five-socket Grand Matron and Matriarchal Bows with useful skill bonuses and Superior ED.
2. Atlantean: Look for high Enhanced Damage, Zeal, and Attack Rating rolls.
3. Isenhart's Armory: Prioritize Lightbrand and the other pieces needed to complete useful set bonuses.
4. Non-Ladder items: Check availability for the ten newly accessible items in Reign of the Warlock.
