All Bloodied Lair Bosses require a specific sigil to summon. Their difficulty, mechanics, and loot depend entirely on which type of sigil you use:

Bloodstained Lair Sigil → Easier entry-level version (+15 difficulty)
Bloodsoaked Lair Sigil → Ultra-hard endgame version (+35 difficulty)

Difficulty: +15 levels above your current Torment tier

Bloodsoaked Lair Boss (Endgame Tier)

Difficulty: +35 levels (~Torment 7 equivalent)
Requirement: Character must have completed Pit Tier 100
Rewards: Massive loot – half an inventory of Ancestral, Legendary, Unique, and class-specific uniques (e.g., Butcher's Cleaver, Rustbitten Dirk)

Important: This is per character, not account-wide. Each new character must beat Pit 100 to unlock Bloodsoaked Sigils.

How to Get Bloodstained & Bloodsoaked Lair Sigils

The farming methods are identical. The only difference is whether your character has beaten Pit 100.

Seasonal Reputation Caches (Brutality Board)	Earn 12,500 reputation → Unlock Greater Bloodied Cache → Guaranteed Lair Sigil (Bloodstained or Bloodsoaked based on Pit 100 status).

Once your character beats Pit 100, Bloodstained Sigils stop dropping entirely and are replaced by Bloodsoaked Sigils.

Completing any Bloodied activity guarantees a Bloodied item. These items gain power based on your killstreak level:
