It is much better to shoot 10 arrows into a pack that you specifically want to hit than to shoot 24 arrows and only hit an average of 5 to 10 arrows.

Plague Javelin

Of the Amazon kind of builds, Plague Javazon is a perfect build, but it mostly runs Cows and Chaos Sanctuary. If you're a poison build, you can go and farm anywhere very effectively, and you can stack enough minus resistances that you can do decent damage even to monsters that were previously immune to poison. Plus, the Plague Javazon has a better FCR frame than any of the boat counterparts and can teleport as fast as the Lightning Fury.

 

Freezing Arrow

Freezing Arrow is the best D2R Ladder 2 Amazon build for C Tier, as it has a lot of really good places to farm right off from the waypoint. On top of that, Amazon's Freezing Arrows are almost unkillable because their cc is almost unmatched. Even if you don't have a good Terror Zone to walk into, you can go farm the Arachnid layer until you wait an hour for a new one to show up.

Compared to other Amazon builds, the Multiple Shot Physical Bowazon is probably the weakest Amazon build in Diablo 2 Resurrected 2.5, this is in tier D, but that doesn't mean it's a bad build.

Exploding Arrow is arguably the second-worst build that Amazon has. One of the biggest problems Arrow Bowazon has is that while it can run Enigma, its FCR frames will be complete crap since there aren't much low-fire resistance or low-fire immune monster areas right off from a waypoint.
