Of the Amazon kind of builds, Plague Javazon is a perfect build, but it mostly runs Cows and Chaos Sanctuary. Plus, the Plague Javazon has a better FCR frame than any of the boat counterparts and can teleport as fast as the Lightning Fury.

Freezing Arrow is the best D2R Ladder 2 Amazon build for C Tier, as it has a lot of really good places to farm right off from the waypoint. On top of that, Amazon's Freezing Arrows are almost unkillable because their cc is almost unmatched. Even if you don't have a good Terror Zone to walk into, you can go farm the Arachnid layer until you wait an hour for a new one to show up.
