Season 10 of Diablo 4, Infernal Chaos, introduces six brand-new Unique items—one for each class: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, Sorcerer, and Spiritborn. These Uniques don't just boost raw stats—they fundamentally reshape builds, enhance core mechanics, and are tied to specific boss drops.

Barbarian – Sabre of Tsasgal (One-Handed Weapon)

Affixes:

• +50% Damage (Inherent)
• +107-121 Strength
• +62.5-85% Physical Damage
• +2-3 Core Skill Ranks
• +2-3 Warpath

 

Effect on Character:

The Sabre of Tsasgal strengthens every damaging skill in the Barbarian's arsenal. For each damaging skill you have equipped, you gain 3–5% increased damage, and when you use them, and grants an additional 6–10% increased damage for 15 seconds. This weapon rewards skill variety and rotation-heavy builds, making it especially strong for War Path and Core Skill–focused setups.

Druid – Kilt of Blackwing (Pants)

Affixes:

• +636-685 Maximum Life
• +2-3 Ranks to Ravens
• +13-17.5% Ravens Cooldown Reduction
• +16-25% Chance for Ravens to Deal Double Damage

 

Effect on Character:

This leg armor transforms the Raven Companion into a devastating ally. Ravens deal 60–100% increased damage, and whenever you shapeshift or activate a Companion skill, a raven swoops in to strike. At times, a full Ruthless Swarm is summoned for 10 seconds, tripling the number of ravens. This Diablo 4 item allows Druids to center their builds around Ravens and hybrid shapeshifting strategies.

Necromancer – Gospel of the Devotee (Focus)

Affixes:

• +80-94 Intelligence
• +424-457 Maximum Life
• +4.4-10% Basic Skill Attack Speed
• +13-17.5% Chance for Basic Skills to Deal Double Damage

 

Effect on Character:

This Focus greatly empowers Basic Skills. Enemies hit by a Basic Skill take 10–30% more damage from your other Basic Skills for 10 seconds. Additionally, each Basic skill gains unique buffs:

 

Reap: 10% faster

Decompose: spawns a corpse every 0.5s

Hemorrhage: extra burst on the first target

Bone Splinters: pierce enemies

 

This makes Basic Skill builds not only viable, but potentially devastating in endgame farming.

Rogue – Orphan Maker (Two-Handed Crossbow)

Affixes:

• Inherent: +130% Vulnerable damage
• +4-6 Ranks to Marksman Skills
• +2-4 Ranks to Exploit
• +32-45% Chance for Marksman Skills to Cast Twice
• +125-170% Vulnerable damage

 

Effect on Character:

The Orphan Maker introduces the Reload mechanic. Basic and Core Skills using this crossbow gain 250–300% increased damage, with every second Reload skill getting double that bonus. Skills experience a short delay during reload, but scale with 50% of your Attack Speed bonus. This weapon creates a completely new playstyle for Rogues, turning Precision and Marksman builds into devastating long-range options.

Sorcerer – Galvanic Azurite (Ring)

Affixes:

• Inherent: 12.5% Resistance to All Elements
• Inherent: 5% Resistance to All Elements
• +5.2-6% Critical Strike Chance
• +57-75% Lightning damage
• 8.1-8.8% Cooldown reduction
• +2-3 Ranks to Elemental Synergies

 

Effect on Character:

This ring electrifies the battlefield. Lightning damage magnetizes enemies for 4 seconds, causing them to emit Crackling Energy and take 40–60% more Lightning Damage from you. When two magnetized enemies collide, they pull toward each other, pulling enemies together for devastating AoE bursts. Perfect for Lightning Sorcerers looking to combine damage and crowd control.

Spiritborn – Hesha e Kesungi (Gloves)

Affixes:

• 10.5-15% Attack Speed
• 46.5-60% Vulnerable Damage
• 15.5-20% Ultimate Cooldown Reduction
• 3-5 Gorilla Skill Ranks

 

Effect on Character:

These gloves empower the Protector and Gorilla Skills. The Protector can be summoned at range to pull enemies inward, while enemies inside its area take 30–50% more damage from Gorilla Skills. This bonus doubles against knocked down enemies or bosses, making it an excellent choice for Spiritborn burst-damage builds.
