​How to upgrade gear in Diablo 2 Resurrected?

Gears upgrade in Diablo 2 Resurrected can improve classes' attributes. Gears upgrade is to upgrade the base material of unique gear, rare gear, and green gear. Unique gears, rare gears, and green gears also have substrates, this we all know it!

As a constituent part of the gear system, white gear, blue gear, orange gear, Runewords gear cannot be upgraded substrates, so when making Runewords gear, you must choose a suitable substrate.
