Diablo 4 Season 15: The Missing Bovine Armor Piece Has Finally Been Found

Diablo 4 players can finally complete the Bovine Armor set in Season 15. After weeks of searching for the final missing cosmetic, players have discovered that the Foreshanks of the Bovine gloves can be obtained by petting a hidden cow behind the Cathedral in Old Tristram.

The discovery followed Patch 3.2.3, released on October 14, 2026. Neither the hidden cow nor the gloves’ newly available acquisition method was mentioned in the official patch notes, making this an unexpected discovery for collectors.

Why the Bovine Armor Gloves Were Missing

Season 15 introduced several secrets inspired by Diablo’s history, including the Bovine Armor set, which pays tribute to the franchise’s famous Secret Cow Level.

Players had already found ways to obtain four pieces of the set, but the Foreshanks of the Bovine remained elusive for weeks. According to reports from Icy Veins and GamesRadar+, the cow needed to obtain the gloves was not available in the game before Patch 3.2.3.

That means players weren’t necessarily overlooking a complicated puzzle. The missing piece became obtainable after the update added the cow to Old Tristram.

How to Get the Foreshanks of the Bovine

Getting the final piece is straightforward once you know where to look:

1. Travel to Old Tristram.
2. Find the Cathedral and head behind it.
3. Look for the cow that has appeared in the area.
4. Interact with the cow to pet it and receive the Foreshanks of the Bovine.

You don’t need to defeat a boss to obtain the gloves. The key is finding the cow behind the Cathedral after Patch 3.2.3.

All Five Bovine Armor Pieces and Their Locations

With the gloves now obtainable, all five pieces of the Bovine Armor cosmetic set have known acquisition methods.

Each piece is tied to a different activity, so completing the set involves more than repeatedly farming one boss. If you were waiting for the final gloves before finishing your collection, you can now return to Old Tristram and complete the set.
